HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Consultation & Assessment - We have a 1-1.5hr consultation to talk about you, your goals and dreams. We then go out into the gym and go through a series of movements to assess for exercise selection.

Step 2: Training - Once your program is written you will start attending sessions. We will discuss session times and arrange to put some on the timetable. Either joining a current group or start another with friends. Maximum 4 people. Prices start from $17.25 per session. Check PRICING page for more details.

Step 4: Nutrition/Lifestyle - We set up a Nutrition and Lifestyle plan to coordinate and accelerate with your training.

Step 5: Results - Moving towards and keeping track of results is crucial to your training. We track these through your coaching app (coachRX) so you can see how awesome you are.
