STILL HAVE FUN TRAINING WITH OTHERS

 

In summary SGPT includes all assessments, your own training plan(including Exercise, Nutrition and Lifestyle), group sessions throughout the week that include a coach(as many sessions as you like) and constant motivation and accountability to your plan.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Consultation - We have a 1hr consultation to talk about you and your goals and dreams. Once a month we catch-up for 30mins face to face to make sure things are on track.

Step 2: Assessments - We do a 1hour assessment of Body, Move and Work capacity to help write your program.

Step 3: Training - With all the information we have gathered I can set up your personalised training program to follow. You will be able to book timeslots throughout the week to train at the same time as 3 others (4 max per group) others while you do your own program. I will be there to assist with anything you need and motivate your progression.

Step 4: Lifestyle - We spend most of our time out of the gym so prioritising lifestyle, nutrition and recovery is paramount to the success we get in the gym. As part of the Consultations and Assessments we establish lifestyle goals to track while we are training.

Step 5: Results - Moving towards and keeping track of results is crucial to your training. We track these through your coaching app (coachRX) so you can see how awesome you are.
