EXERCISE TRAINING PLANS

If you have the motivation to train on your own and want to train the right way then an Exercise Plan is for you. 

 

An Exercise plan is unique to you and your needs/wants. Includes all assessments and a 6 week Exercise Plan. CoachRX training application is used to deliver the plan. Includes videos and the ability to track your progress.


Step 1: Consultation/Assessments - We have a 1-1.5hr Consultation and Body, Move and Work capacity assessements to gather information to write your program. 

Step 2: Exercise Plan rollout - We go through the program in detail, making notes and learn how to use the coaching app.

Step 3: Training - With all the information we have gathered I can set up your personalised training program. Your exercise goals will be planned out for the short term and long term. You are then sent away with all the tools you need to carry out and progress you program.

Step 4: Results - Moving towards and keeping track of results is crucial to your training. We track these through your coaching app (coachRX) so you can see how awesome you are.
