BOOTCAMP is a 45min group session giving you a Total Body Reset in every class. We use a combination of resistance/ strength training and cardio exercises to improve your health and wellbeing. Class sizes are maximum 12 in Richmond and maximum 8 in Wakefield. So no hiding from the coach.
BOX3ROUNDS is broken into 3 rounds. A boxing block, a conditioning block (cardio/strength) and finish with more boxing. If you feel like punching, kneeing and kicking a bag to get rid of some frustration then join me for this small 4 person class.

HITT Squad has started. Short and sharp High Intensity Training that will work on mobility, strength and conditioning. Come and join the encourging team to smash your PB's. Blocks start with an assessment then progress through a program to finish with a repeat of the same assessment to see how strong you have become. You are welcome to join anytime to start getting the benefits of the conditioning.
