Work one-on-one with focused coaching, accountability, and structured progression tailored to you.

60 Minute Session — $85

Most members get the best results with a full 60 min session, allowing time for technique coaching, goal-focused training blocks, and progress tracking.

For specific needs such as technique tune-ups, rehab guidance, or focused coaching, shorter sessions are also available:

45 Minute Session — $70 (Most Popular)

Ideal for strength training progression and personlised coaching

30 Minute Session — $50

5 (60min) Sessions — $400

10 (60min) Sessions — $750

Train with a friend while receiving personalised coaching in a supportive, motivating envionment

60 Minute Session — $60 p/person
