BOOKINGS & TRIALS
Classes:
To book a trial spot, simply click on the class you want to attend and then click the BOOK TRIAL button. If you are already a member and would like to try a class, please contact Suz on 027 522 0115 and I can book you in for your trial class. Class bookings close 1 hour prior to the class.
Infrared Sauna:
A tour is required before booking your first sauna session. This applies to both members and non-members. During your tour, I’ll show you how the sauna works, go through the guidelines and arrange your access. Once you’ve completed your tour, you can arrange your sauna trial or ongoing bookings through Suz.
