Thank you for having been a member of Suz4fitness Village Gym Wakefield. I hope you enjoyed your time with us. I run a lot of different services to cater for all types of training. If you are cancelling because you need a change please get in touch as I may be able to suggest a more appropriate program for you. Otherwise please fill in the form below to action your cancellation process.

Please note there is a two-week notice period. Once your membership ends, please return your access card to the red hose box outside the front door.
