During your Consultation session we will:
Discuss your goals, training history, and lifestyle in depth ♦ Assess movement, strength, and any limitations or injuries ♦ Identify areas to improve technique and performance ♦ Create a personalised training plan tailored to you ♦ Outline the most effective next steps based on your goals
During your Program Walkthrough session we will:
Walk through your training program, including exercises, sets/reps, and progression ♦ Show you how to track progress and stay accountable ♦ Answer all your questions and provide technique tips for safe, effective training ♦ Outline next steps and ensure you’re ready to start immediately

WEEKLY FITNESS TRAINING

or $7/week + $115 per programme (6 weeks)
