S4F – Rapid/S4F – Rapid 2.0– 45mins of all over body training. Guaranteed to give you a great workout in a short time which includes 15mins of stretching and foam rolling. Contact me and I will send you a link to zoom connection if required.
S4F – Box – a mix of boxing combinations and conditioning exercises. No equipment required. Contact me and I will send you a link to zoom connection if required.
Personal Training – If you would like your own 1-1 or to get together with a group of friends then we can arrange. Every day I have times available so get in touch.
Suz4fitness Track Training – Off Road training with running or walking combined with exercises at various locations around the region.
