S4F – Rapid/S4F – Rapid 2.0 (Online/Gym) – 45mins of all over body training. Guaranteed to give you a great workout in a short time which includes 15mins of stretching and foam rolling. Contact me and I will send you a link to zoom connection if required.
S4F – Box (Online/Gym) – a mix of boxing combinations and conditioning exercises. No equipment required. Contact me and I will send you a link to zoom connection if required.
Personal Training (Online/Gym) – If you would like your own 1-1 or to get together with a group of friends then we can arrange. Every day I have times available so get in touch.
Suz4fitness Track Training – Off Road training with running or walking combined with exercises at various locations around the region.

****With Covid-19 we did all of our classes online so now that we are in level 1 I have decided to stick with the online option but also have gym session at our Primal Fit studio with zoom running while people are training live. If you are not comfortable with being on camera, even in the shed, then we have plenty of room so that does not need to be an issue.
