A short cycling class that is perfect for the beginner who wants to be introduced to a spin class or for the experienced cyclist who wants a short blast. 30min on the bike and an optional 15mins stretching/foam rolling.

Using tabata interval training to get the best out of your time on the bike. For the beginner learn how to set up the bike and the right positioning while pedaling.
