Personal Training

If you want to be pushed and looking at making some awesome gains to your health and wellbeing come and have a personal training session with me. I will tailor your session to you specifically based on a combination of any weakenesses that we may find and the goals you are working towards. I will keep each session interesting for you. Another benefit is that you are sure to turn up even on a bad day. You are held accountable.
I offer 1-1, or share with a friend/friends sessions.
